The Cavaione Mountain Lodge chalet enjoys a quiet location 1230 metres above sea level, a 15-minute drive from Passo del Tonale, 10 minutes walking from the chair lift to Ponte di Legno in the Adamello ski area, between Lombardia and Trentino, the Mountain Region, and offers you an amazing panoramic mountain views.
self-catered and split over 2 levels, the chalet has 1 bedroom upstairs, (1double size and 1 bunk-bed) a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cutlery, crockery and kitchenware, and a private bathroom. The property benefits from gas central heating and there is a typical wood stove in the kitchen. When staying at the Cavaione Mountain Lodge, guests have the entire chalet at their disposal and can therefore enjoy a calm and relaxing holiday. A restaurant and a playground for children can be found just 300 metres from the chalet. Ski bus stop approx 900 mt.

The nearest village is Temù, 1 km, it is surrounded by green meadows, coniferous forests and the imposing, snow-capped peaks of the Adamello group. It has a ski area with 4 chair lifts and 8 pistes of varying difficulty linked to the pistes of nearby Pontedilegno. This means you can get on your skis in the village and make your way up to the Presena glacier at a height of 3000 metres, passing through Pontedilegno and Passo Tonale on your way. The black run in the village is one of the most exciting in the entire linked ski area. You also could enjoy a dinner on the slopes in a typical “baita” (reachable thanks to the snow-cat service), with an authentic atmosphere and quality local meals. The whole area with its gently rolling landscape is ideally for snowshoeing, with a range of easy to demanding routes for the young and not so young, it's the perfect way to enjoy the unspoilt natural surroundings. But even as a "sports arena", nature is first and foremost the habitat of animals and plants, and as such it must be respected.
